Shipping Information

All LUXMAT orders are made to fit your specific vehicle and shipped via tracked courier with signature required on delivery, so you know exactly where your order is at every step.

Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

  • Metro NSW & VIC: 1–2 business days
  • All other areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier conditions, but tracking details are provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns, Refunds & Fitment Guarantee

Because LUXMAT products are made specifically to suit your vehicle, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Fitment Issues

If your mats do not fit your vehicle as intended, we offer a 7-day fitment guarantee from the date of delivery.

If the correct vehicle details were provided at the time of ordering and the item supplied is confirmed to be incorrect or does not fit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

  • Claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Mats must be unused and uninstalled for assessment
  • Proof of purchase is required

If the product supplied does not fit as expected — and the correct item was ordered — we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund, no hassle.
